A blended learning activity in which students prepare for, conduct, and reflect on a simulated startup–investor negotiation. Learners create role-based checklists, identify cues, red flags, and dealbreakers, interpret negotiation signals using Professional Noticing, and collaboratively refine their tools. The activity strengthens strategic thinking, observation accuracy, and decision-making under uncertainty.
