This learning activity supports learners to master active listening using the Wise Crowds method. Through structured peer feedback, role-play and reflection, participants learn to notice verbal and nonverbal cues, address communication barriers, and apply listening techniques in realistic sales and entrepreneurial contexts. The activity builds on the Professional Noticing model and integrates elements of the Communication Square.
