This OER teaching/learning resource contains a structured lesson plan and an accompanying worksheet for reflecting on entrepreneurial skills using the EntreComp framework. Learners evaluate their own competencies using the EntreComp Flower, document practical examples, identify strengths and areas for development, and continue working in peer coaching rounds based on the Wise Group approach. The activity promotes professional noticing in entrepreneurship education and supports learners in formulating an individual competency development goal.
