This is described and verified in experiment and simulation. The measurements of magnetic fields showed an offset of 35, 42, and 3 μT for 𝑥-, 𝑦-, and 𝑧-fields respectively. Furthermore, the sensitivities of these measurements had values of 590, 580, and 490 VA−1 T−1 in the 𝑥-, 𝑦-, and 𝑧-direction, respectively. In addition, the robustness to bias fields is demonstrated via experiments and single-spin simulations by applying bias fields in the 𝑦-direction. Cross sensitivities were further analyzed via single-spin simulations, performing a parameter sweep of different bias fields in the 𝑦- and 𝑧-direction up to ±1 mT. The extraction of the SOT parameters 𝜂DL and 𝜂FL is shown via an optimization of a single-spin curve to the experimental measurements."}]}],"bf:provisionActivity":[{"@type":"bf:Publication","bf:agent":[{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"American Physical Society"}]}]}],"dce:subject":[{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Magnetism"}]},{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Spin-orbit torque"}]},{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Spintronics"}]},{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Magnetic systems"}]}],"dce:title":[{"@type":"bf:Title","bf:mainTitle":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Spin-orbit-torque-enabled three-dimensional magnetic field sensor with low offset and high sensitivity"}]}],"dcterms:issued":["2025-12-11"],"dcterms:language":["eng"],"dcterms:type":[{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:exactMatch":["https:\/\/pid.phaidra.org\/vocabulary\/69ZZ-2KGX"],"skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"Text"},{"@language":"deu","@value":"Text"},{"@language":"ita","@value":"Testo"}]}],"ebucore:filename":["997y-hk7m.pdf"],"ebucore:hasMimeType":["application\/pdf"],"edm:hasType":[{"@type":"skos:Concept","skos:exactMatch":["https:\/\/pid.phaidra.org\/vocabulary\/VKA6-9XTY"],"skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"journal article"},{"@language":"deu","@value":"Wissenschaftlicher Artikel"},{"@language":"ita","@value":"Articolo di rivista"}]}],"edm:rights":["http:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/4.0\/"],"rdam:P30004":[{"@type":"ids:doi","@value":"10.1103\/997y-hk7m"}],"rdau:P60193":[{"@type":"schema:CreativeWork","bibo:volume":[{"@value":"24"}],"dce:title":[{"@type":"bf:Title","bf:mainTitle":[{"@language":"deu","@value":"Physical Review Applied"}]}]}],"role:aut":[{"@type":"schema:Person","schema:affiliation":[{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"University of Vienna"}]}],"schema:familyName":[{"@value":"Zeilinger"}],"schema:givenName":[{"@value":"Sebastian"}],"skos:exactMatch":[{"@type":"ids:orcid","@value":"0009-0006-7861-184X"}]},{"@type":"schema:Person","schema:affiliation":[{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"University of Vienna"}]}],"schema:familyName":[{"@value":"Güttinger"}],"schema:givenName":[{"@value":"Johannes"}]},{"@type":"schema:Person","schema:affiliation":[{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"University of Vienna"}]}],"schema:familyName":[{"@value":"Satz"}],"schema:givenName":[{"@value":"Armin"}],"skos:exactMatch":[{"@type":"ids:orcid","@value":"0000-0001-9185-4586"}]},{"@type":"schema:Person","schema:affiliation":[{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"University for Continuing Education Krems"}]}],"schema:familyName":[{"@value":"Brückl"}],"schema:givenName":[{"@value":"Hubert"}],"skos:exactMatch":[{"@type":"ids:orcid","@value":"0000-0002-5661-4189"}]},{"@type":"schema:Organization","schema:name":[{"@value":"et al."}]}]}
