strukturen. Ein digitales hochschulisches Gesundheitsmanagement könnte Beratungsstellen gezielt 
unterstützen. Besonders wichtig erscheint die Flexibilität und Skalierbarkeit internet- und mobil
basierter Interventionen (IMIs) sowie ihre Einbettung und Verzahnung (Blended Care) mit Vor-Ort
Angeboten der psychosozialen Beratungsstellen. Der vorliegende Artikel fasst die Ergebnisse von 
StudiCare zusammen, einem Projekt zur Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit deutschsprachiger 
Studierender. Das StudiCare Panel weist auf erhebliche psychische Belastungen der Studierenden 
hin. Die im Rahmen des Projekts evaluierten IMIs zeigen überwiegend positive Effekte, geringe 
negative Effekte, eine variierende Adhärenz sowie eine hohe Interventionszufriedenheit. Die 
anschließende Diskussion erörtert Herausforderungen und mögliche Zukunftsperspektiven bezüglich 
der breitflächigen Anwendung von IMIs in der Praxis. Abschließend wird eine 6-schrittige Empfehlung 
zur Implementierung von IMIs in das studentische Gesundheitsmanagement präsentiert.</lom:langstring>
