Drawing on a qualitative approach, the research\ncombines thematic analysis of ten semi-structured interviews with the construction of a\nCausal Loop Diagram (CLD) to uncover patterns of collaboration, transformation\nopportunities, and actor influence. Actor-Network Theory and systems thinking provide the\ntheoretical lenses through which these interactions are interpreted, offering a perspective that\ntreats both human and non-human elements, such as policies, narratives, and financial tools,\nas influential in shaping change.\n\nFindings reveal that transformation in the sector is closely linked to actor\nparticipation, investment readiness, knowledge dissemination, and the presence of enabling\npolicies. In addition to well-known actors like investors and government institutions, the\nstudy highlights the underexplored role of associations, cooperatives, and multi-role\nintermediaries, particularly relevant in the Peruvian context.
