University for Continuing Education Krems Multi-model analysis of the united nations’ SDG communication strategy on Instagram This thesis introduces academic outlook on environmental communication on the Web and social media platforms. Starting from the analysis of media paradigm transition from human-centered to planet-centered which human is a part of the author presents review of sustainability communication and literacy research. Using digital methods, the UN communication about SDGs on Instagram is analyzed. After the Big Data extraction, the visual and textual analysis of posted content and comments is performed.
