<lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Der Beitrag untersucht die Entwicklung eines anthropomorphen Chatbots aus professionstheoretischer sowie machtkritischer Perspektive. Ausgehend von ökonomischen Logiken der digitalen Plattformökonomie wird versucht, auf die zugrunde gelegten theoretischen Konzepte rückzuschließen. In einem Fallbeispiel werden dann zunächst automatisierte Prozesse in Coachingprozessen, anschließend ein konkreter Chatbot anhand öffentlich verfügbar Quellen dargestellt. Im Ergebnis zeigen sich sowohl unterschiedliche, unreflektierte Bias als auch deutliche Verschiebungen in professionalisierten Dienstleistungen und Machtverhältnissen.</lom:langstring>
